Claims can be submitted in two ways. They can be submitted directly to the insurance company by calling them at the phone numbers listed below or a preliminary loss report can be given to Waterman-Neely Insurance Professionals Inc. by calling 217/483-2441 during business hours. The loss information will then be forwarded to the insurance company.

Generally, it takes 1 - 2 business days after the insurance company receives the loss notice for an adjuster to make initial contact.

At the scene of an auto accident, exchange pertinent information with the other party involved--name, address, phone, year/make/model of other vehicle, the other party's insurance company and policy number. We recommend calling the police to respond to an auto accident.

In the event of a home owner's loss, take measures to prevent further loss from occurring.
