Rita and her husband, Jim, raised their two boys in Chatham before moving to Springfield. Rita has worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years as a claims adjustor, customer service representative, agent and co-owner of an agency. She has belonged to several insurance organizations, and currently is a member of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. Being actively involved in church work, Rita & Jim enjoy retreats to Missouri for quiet time at a camping resort. Of course, her greatest pleasure comes in spoiling grandchildren.

Michelle Neely had lived in Auburn for 16 years prior to moving to Chatham in 2008 with her husband Matt, and daughters, Kristen & Kara. She grew up in Ramsey, Illinois, and attended Illinois College prior to starting a family. Michelle has worked in the insurance industry since 1999; she has been in customer service, worked as an agent, and co-founded an agency. In 2006, she was honored as a Forty Under 40 Recipient and was active in the Auburn Junior Woman's Club, Auburn Soccer Association, and Chatham Chamber of Commerce. The Neely family attends South Side Christian Church. Leisure time is spent enjoying time with her family & playing golf.

Marc Waterman and his wife, Dawn, reside in Chatham with their son, Ethan. Marc has worked in the insurance field since 2003 and earned a CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation in 2007. Marc loves music and his guitars, playing guitar for local bands, and teaching music.
